2.Overview
High-Performance Ceramic Vacuum Filter for Industrial Concentrate Separation
TT series special ceramic filters are a new type of high-efficiency and energy-saving filtering equipment that integrates electromechanical, microporous ceramic, and ultrasonic technology, relying on vacuum suction and capillary action to achieve solid-liquid separation. They have been widely used in mining,metallurgy,chemical, environmental protection, and other industries.


 
 
3.Main Features
(1). High degree of automation, continuous work, greatly reducing labor losses.
The production process is automatically controlled by PLC, which is easy to operate, and can be controlled manually or fully automatically with one button. Equipped with a 10.2 inch touch screen, it can complete monitoring, graphical display of the operation interface, display of operating parameters, status data collection, storage, and other functions. It can feedback analog data such as tank material level, dehydration tank liquid level, dilute acid tank acid level,vacuum degree, backwash pressure, spindle, mixing speed, and set relevant interlocking alarms and countermeasures.
The operation data can be transmitted to the DCS system for remote control.
(2).High efficiency, energy saving, low energy consumption, and low operating costs.
Due to the characteristics of ceramic plates, the power consumption of the configured vacuum pump is only 10% of that of traditional equipment, which can achieve a negative pressure close to absolute vacuum. Therefore, the energy consumption is low and the water content of the filter cake is low.
(3).The filtrate is clear.
Due to the small pore size of the ceramic plate and its resistance to damage, the content of suspended solids in the filtrate is low, and the solid content has always been below 50 ppm,which can be fully utilized in the industrial water circulation system.
(4).The overall structure is firm and durable
The material of the parts where the equipment comes into contact with materials and liquids shall not be lower than 304 stainless steel, with anti-corrosion and rust prevention.The ceramic plate is installed with an integral flange ring, making it smoother and less prone to deformation.The mixing system can be configured with pneumatic, mechanical swing, and combined mixing according to the specific gravity of the material, making it more stable.
(5).The integrated drainage system is designed reasonably and stably.
The automatic liquid drainage system adopts an integrated liquid drainage tank, which has a low failure rate and is easy to install. The liquid discharge method is divided into liquid level discharge and time discharge, which can be switched between systems for easy maintenance. The design of the dual vacuum pump can increase the suction capacity while ensuring the stability of the vacuum degree after drainage through the switching of the circulating valve group.
(6).Joint cleaning is more effective
According to the different particle sizes of materials, the company has configured ultrasonic cleaning devices with different frequencies of 22K, 25K, 28K, and 40K. In response to the blockage caused by materials with different physical and chemical properties on the filter plate, the company has developed a special soaking agent, a multi vibrator cleaning machine, and a cleaning scheme to regenerate and clean the filter plate, making the micropore dredging of the filter plate reach more than 80%.
(7).Excellent performance and targeted selection of ceramic plates
