1.Working principle
Our developed ceramic filter machine by Tongling Jieda Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. operates on a unique principle. The working of this special ceramic filter is based on the principle of micron pores. It uses ceramics with micron pores as the filtering medium. By utilizing the solid-liquid separation device designed according to the capillary function of a large number of micron pores and the rotary disk filter working under negative pressure. Making use of the distinctive characteristic of the micron pores ceramic plate where water can pass through but air cannot. Vacuum is applied to the inner chamber of the ceramic plate to establish a pressure difference with the outside. Suspended materials are adsorbed on the ceramic plate under negative pressure. Since solid materials cannot pass through the micron pores ceramic plate, they stay on the surface. Due to the existence of vacuum pressure difference and the hydrophilicity of the ceramic plate, the liquid can be discharged or recycled by passing through the plate and entering the gas-liquid distribution device (vacuum drum), thus achieving the goal of solid-liquid separation.
The operating cycle of the rotating parts (ceramic plate) can be divided into four sections: slurry section, drying section, material discharge section, and cleaning section. These four sections continuously cycle during the operation of the filter.

The ceramic filtration structure comprises key components. There's a disc formed by the rotor and ceramic filter plates which are crucial for filtration. The distribution head, in conjunction with suction and washing functions, creates a coupling switch phenomenon for efficient filtration. A mixer prevents solid precipitation and a scraper eliminates solid adsorption on the filter plates. The filtration plate system cavity and ultrasonic oscillation enhance the filtration process. The barrel's control system and operation procedures maintain a certain slurry liquid level.
 
During operation, due to vacuum filter plates, when the rotor is rotated and immersed in trough-shaped liquid, a layer of solid particles accumulates on the filter plates. Liquid passes through and enters the vacuum barrel via the distribution switch. When the filter plates with the accumulation layer leave the slurry surface, a filter cake forms. Under vacuum, it dehydrates and dries further. As the rotor turns to the scraper position, the filter cake is discharged and transported by a belt conveyor. This process offers an efficient and reliable filtration solution
