Product Description

Ceramic filter plate is the core component of ceramic vacuum filter machine. As the filtering medium of ceramic filter machine, it is a revolutionary breakthrough since the 20th century and has strong substitutability for traditional filter machine.

The TT series ceramic board products are divided into two categories: white corundum and brown corundum. The product skeleton is made of Al₂0₃ or S_iC materials with high mechanical strength, excellent corrosion resistance, and good wear resistance. Adding some inorganic binders and pore forming agents, hydraulic gradient dry pressing is used for precision processing, and a good process is used to spray an alumina film surface with micrometer pore size. After secondary sintering at 1500-1800 ºC, a porous ceramic plate with a double-sided filter layer and a pressure resistance of up to 8 bar is formed.

Because This Porous Material Contains Numerous Tiny Capillaries, Capillary Action Is Possible. Due To Its Capillary Force In The Filtration Process, Only Water Can Pass Through The Filter Plate In The Whole Process, And The Air Can Not Pass Through, So As To Complete The Filtration Task, And The Vacuum Degree Can Reach More Than -0.097Mpa. Low Requirements On Vacuum Pump Pumping Capacity.
